Availability
We provide individual availability checking for customers. You can choose one of units listed in our Apartments database and fill in the Order Form. We check availability within 24 hours. The confirmation of availability will be sent to you via e-mail together with link to Secure Payment page for the deposit. In a case if the required apartment is not available we will provide you with alternative options of comparable prices and class.

Booking
Upon receipt of the availability confirmation you can pay for the deposit following the email link to Secure Payment page. Upon processing of your payment you will receive an email Sales Receipt confirming the booking and the receipt of payment for the deposit.

Advanced search
If you haven't found a suitable unit in our Apartments database, please describe your needs by filling out the Advanced Search form, and we will work with you to find the most suitable to your requirements lodging. Please note that the Advanced Search process could take from 1 to 20 days depending on the required location and any other special requirements, thus it is desirable to make the Advanced Search order ahead of time.

Payment
There are no other charges to be added besides rental of the apartment you book with us. To book an apartment we require a deposit equivalent to the cost of a one night stay that can be purchased online paid by one of the following methods:

- by Visa credit or debit card via SiteHeart.com;
- by check sent to our bank in TX (USA);
- by direct deposit to our account in Privat Bank (Ukraine);
- by Western Union money transfer.

The rest of amount due has to be paid in cash the day of check-in.

Please let us know beforehand if you wish to pay for the entire apartment rental by credit card or check, and we will provide you with the appropriate paper work.

Transportation
We offer transfers from/to airport or train station as well as any others possible transfers between cities.
All transfers from airport or train station are made by our English speaking representatives, who will meet you in the airport or train station with a lettered sign bearing your name, will help you with luggage and drive you to your destination point. The driver will ensure, that you are satisfied with your accommodation and accompanying services. This service is available with an apartment booking or as stand alone service.

Other services
We can arrange any services you may need during your stay like guided sightseeing tours, the services of an interpreter, rent-a-car with driver, etc. Do not hesitate to contact us once you have such or any other needs, and we will arrange the appropriate service for you.

Prices
Prices are indicated in US Dollars and include all taxes. Prices of rentals are quoted for entire private apartments per night.
Prices are subject to change depending on season.
Transfers and other additional services are not included in the prices of rentals. Prices of additional services are negotiable in each specific order.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change your booking after you have made the deposit, a cancellation fee will apply: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date, are subject a $10 US cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee equals the cost of one night stay.

ApartmentsInCrimea.com has no control over any other apartments improvements or quality of services besides those the information about which we do provide. If an issue arises when staying at apartment, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to find the solution of the problem.
