How can I book an apartment listed in your database?
Please fill in the Order Form. We will check availability and get back to you within 24 hours. We will confirm availability and send you via e-mail a link to Payment page for the deposit. Once we process your payment you will receive a Sales Receipt confirming the booking and the receipt of payment for the deposit.

Are there any surcharges for the reservation?
No, there are no other hidden charges, you only pay for the rental of the apartment you book with us. To book an apartment we require a deposit equivalent to the cost of a one night stay. The rest of the amount due must be paid in cash the day of check-in.

I have looked through your database but none of the listed apartments fits my criteria.
If you haven't found a suitable unit in our Apartments database, please describe your needs by filling out the Advanced Search form, and we will search for a unit more suitable to your requirements. Please note that the Advanced Search process could take from 1 to 20 days depending on the required location and any other special requirements. That is why we advise you to fill out the Advanced Search order ahead of time.

I am not sure where in Crimea would be best for me to stay.
Certainly it is hard to prefer one scenic place over another here in beautiful Crimea, especially if you haven't been here before. Please do not hesitate to contact us in this case. We can advise you which location is most suitable for you based on your preferences (type of neighborhood, access to night life, access to the seashore, etc).

How can you provide rentals at such competitive rates?
We work directly with apartment owners who provide us with great discounts that we pass on to you. That's why our prices even after including our commissions are on the same level as what you would get if you deal with apartment owners directly. Internet enabling our business helps us to cut our costs and keep overhead low as well as significantly expanding our customer base. This is how we can keep our rates lower than any other real estate agency.

How can I change or cancel my booking?
Please contact us should you wish to change or cancel your existing booking. To change a booking you need to cancel the previous one. A cancellation fee will apply: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date, are subject a $10 US cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee equals the cost of one night stay.

How do I reach the apartment I booked once I am in Crimea?
We can provide you with information about available transportation that you can take to get to your apartment. However we sincerely recommend that you take advantage of our transfers from/to airport or train station. This is the most comfortable, safe and efficient way to reach your destination. Our English speaking representative will meet you in the airport or train station with a lettered sign bearing your name, will help you with luggage and drive you to your destination point. He can also recommend the best restaurants, shopping areas, and other places of interest. The driver will ensure, that you are satisfied with your accommodation and accompanying services. This service is available with an apartment booking or as stand alone service.

Is transportation included in the prices of rentals?
No, transportations and other additional services are not included in the price of rentals. See the Transportation Rates at the Services page.

Who should I contact if I have a complaint about the accommodation?
We bear the full responsibility for the accuracy of our listings. You are welcome to contact us whatever the problem. We will do our best to find a solution.

Who should I contact if I need some additional service during my stay in the apartment?
We can arrange any services you may need during your stay whether it be laundry services or guided tours, the services of an interpreter, rent-a-car with driver, etc. Do not hesitate to enquire about arranging additional services with your apartment booking.
